Salary: £56,000 – £66,000

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of large-scale technology-enabled change initiatives and digital platforms.
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure outcomes are delivered at pace, to cost and to quality.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and engage confidently with Director and Senior Management level stakeholders.
• Develop and track project milestones, providing regular RAG status reports and updates.
• Collaborate with internal specialists and third-party suppliers to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering technology or digital projects within a large or complex organisation.
• Hands-on experience delivering technology-enabled change within the last 18–24 months.
• A recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering projects in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Manchester office for a hybrid setup (2 days per week).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud technologies, specifically Azure, and modern digital delivery environments.
• Experience managing complex integration and third-party suppliers.
• Experience coaching and supporting other Project Managers through matrix leadership.
