What you will do

• Manage Gas Transmission Asset Upgrades, ensuring work is completed within project requirements and timescales.
• Prepare and maintain critical project documentation, including Risk and Issue Registers, budgets, and project schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and stakeholders to build trust and enhance understanding.
• Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors to manage project profitability and forecast monthly turnover.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental management compliance through audits and plan development.
• Select, appoint, and manage subcontractors, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in construction, energy, or engineering.
• Experience working within a regulated utility environment.
• Working knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations (Designer and Principal Contractor roles).
• Full, clean driver's license.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Norwich, UK, with ability to travel regularly within the UK.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of Gas process systems.
• Experience delivering gas-specific projects.
• Awareness of commercial management, including scope and change forecasting.
