What you will do
- Build sales pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and lead your own meetings
- Run discovery calls, value-driven sales processes, and present tailored platform demos
- Manage full sales cycles from first contact to close, exceeding ambitious targets
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to solve IT challenges like onboarding, security, M&A, and compliance
- Build long-term relationships and strengthen go-to-market with Product, Marketing, and Leadership
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluency in a Nordic or other European language
- 3+ years in similar role at high-growth company with proven track record closing new business
- Experience managing full sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers
- Excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- High energy, growth mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to have
- Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger, or other structured sales methodologies
