What you will do

  • Build sales pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and lead your own meetings
  • Run discovery calls, value-driven sales processes, and present tailored platform demos
  • Manage full sales cycles from first contact to close, exceeding ambitious targets
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to solve IT challenges like onboarding, security, M&A, and compliance
  • Build long-term relationships and strengthen go-to-market with Product, Marketing, and Leadership

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in a Nordic or other European language
  • 3+ years in similar role at high-growth company with proven track record closing new business
  • Experience managing full sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
  • High energy, growth mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to have

  • Experience with MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger, or other structured sales methodologies
