What you will do

• Set up, manage, and optimize Paid Social campaigns, primarily on Meta and TikTok.
• Analyze campaign data to derive actionable insights and improve ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
• Plan and run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and ad copy to increase effectiveness.
• Support the setup and scaling of new paid channels including TikTok, Outbrain, and Affiliate.
• Collaborate with internal Creative, Copy, and Data teams to execute high-performing campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in performance marketing or a related field.
• English (C1 or higher) and German (B2 or higher) proficiency required.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (must-have).
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), UTM parameters, and funnel analysis.
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with reporting tools like Looker Studio, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of tracking and attribution.
• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
