What you will do
- Own the planning and execution of 360° digital-first marketing campaigns for the Child Safety segment, from GTM strategy to international roll-out.
- Lead end-to-end product launches and tactical campaigns designed to drive brand impact and commercial performance.
- Translate brand strategies into compelling concepts, defining messaging, content ecosystems, and channel strategies.
- Act as the central marketing interface between Product Management, Digital, Retail, Regional Teams, and agencies.
- Analyze performance data in collaboration with Analytics teams to continuously optimize content and messaging.
- Ensure all campaign assets align with brand guidelines to maintain consistent high-quality communication.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns within digital-first or omnichannel environments.
- Experience managing global campaigns with local market adaptations and collaborating with international teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including social media and performance marketing.
- Strong capabilities in storytelling and creating launch frameworks for creative teams.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are considered a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience within consumer goods, lifestyle, or automotive industries.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, CMS, and digital asset management systems.
- Initial experience in media strategy, planning, and buying.
