What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SEA Managers through feedback and structured growth plans.
• Directly manage 2-3 high-impact SEA accounts to ensure world-class execution.
• Oversee and optimize day-to-day performance of Google and Bing campaigns.
• Streamline workflows, templates, and processes for scalable SEA operations.
• Analyze and report results using SEMrush, Qlik Sense, and Excel/Sheets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Vertical Managers to align initiatives with company goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital performance marketing and SEA campaign scaling for ROI.
• Strong leadership motivation and ability to take ownership of team performance.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
• Must be based in Germany with flexibility to travel to Berlin.
