What you will do
- Architect the future product narrative by partnering with the Product team to integrate athlete and csumer insights into the development process.
- Orchestrate the global brand strategy and annual visi, ensuring a single, powerful narrative across all regis and channels.
- Develop and champi csumer-centric Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for the Training and Kids verticals.
- Act as the chief storyteller and authoritative client for brand initiatives, authoring marketing briefs for seasal campaigns.
- Measure vertical performance and translate metrics into strategic insights for executive reviews to drive business growth.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of professial experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Integrated Marketing.
- Proven track record of leading brand positiing initiatives and large-scale integrated brand campaigns.
- Strg professial understanding of the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) process.
- Deep passi for the lifestyle csumer and a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Demstrated ability to lead cross-functial teams across Product, Commercial, and Marketing stakeholders.
- Ability to balance creative instinct with data-driven, measurable outcomes.
