TL;DR

Chief Marketing Officer (AdTech): Own the full marketing strategy across the Group, including brand entry into the US market with an accent on positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for publishers and agencies. Focus on building and leading the marketing team remotely, driving product launches, growth funnels, and thought leadership across Europe and North America.

What you will do

  • Define and operationalize brand strategy, architecture, and US market entry without a local team.
  • Lead product marketing, competitive intelligence, launches, and ICP alignment by geography.
  • Design full-funnel growth strategy, own martech stack, track revenue metrics like CAC and LTV.
  • Drive organic visibility via SEO, community presence, and expert advocacy programs.
  • Build, recruit, and lead the remote marketing team, set OKRs and budget.
  • Act as cross-functional connector with Sales, Product, Data, and Finance.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership (VP or above)
  • Full professional fluency in French and English, with experience in European and US markets
  • Proven track record building marketing function in a scale-up.
  • Experience owning brand strategy and performance marketing.
  • Strong commercial acumen understanding pipeline, revenue cycles, and enterprise sales.

Nice to have

  • Deep AdTech/programmatic knowledge (SSP, DSP, header bidding, cookieless).
  • Experience in US AdTech/media ecosystem or launching brands in new geographies without local team.
  • Multi-entity group marketing and product-led/engineering-led organizations.
  • AI-native strategic thinking for operational blueprints and logic flows.
