Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of global 360° marketing campaigns for brand and commercial goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis using AI-driven tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Independently own specific workstreams and manage partial projects within campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to derive actionable learnings.
• Create presentations and detailed post-campaign analysis reports.
• Collaborate with creative teams, category management, and various marketing channels.

Requirements

• Studies in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Must be based in Munich or able to work from the Munich office.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
• Enthusiasm for branding and retail in the premium segment.
