What you will do

• Write Social Value solutions and responses for bids and frameworks aligned with the UK Social Value Model and customer priorities.
• Support the UK Social Value Lead in developing program ideas for customers.
• Create and maintain tools to enable self-serve tender responses.
• Respond to supply chain, contract, and framework questionnaires.
• Contribute to the development of the company's Social Value strategy and priority policy areas.
• Engage with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance) and external partners like charities and community organizations.

Requirements

• Experience writing or contributing to public sector procurement bids, particularly focusing on social value.
• Awareness of the UK Social Value Model or wider ESG/sustainability frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience developing Social Value responses from scratch for public sector tenders.
• Understanding of impact measurement or social value reporting approaches.
