Planning Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate customer orders with sales to achieve on-time shipments and high service levels.
• Lead throughput improvements by optimizing plant capacity, loading, and lead times.
• Execute and maintain MRP data, ordering parameters, and safety stock levels.
• Monitor inventory to prevent excess, obsolescence, and shortages using ABCD classification.
• Release manufacturing orders for sub-assemblies and finished goods.
• Liaise daily between production, purchasing, sales, shipping, and engineering.

Requirements

• BS in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, materials management, or material planning.
• Experience working in an industrial, high-mix job shop environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office spreadsheets.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across different organizational levels.

Nice to have

• APICS or CPM certification.
• Bi-lingual proficiency.
