What you will do

• Support the Strategy team’s resourcing, workload planning, and day-to-day project coordination.
• Manage the intake of new briefs and allocate personnel to appropriate projects.
• Maintain Monday.com boards to ensure accurate tracking of tasks, timelines, and status updates.
• Coordinate proposal meetings and support RFP/RFI activities with administration and tracking.
• Produce resource and capacity updates for leadership and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Campaigns, and Paid Media teams to streamline new business flow.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, resource management, or operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project tracking systems, specifically Monday.com.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom

• Experience with HubSpot.
