Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 + £31.5K Equity

What you will do

• Lead large-scale rollouts of complex products such as hirify.global Scribe and Patient Triage in Primary Care settings.
• Manage commercial expectations and define strategic implementation plans to ensure sustainable solutions.
• Own the introduction and scaling of emerging AI features across the country.
• Analyze usage patterns post-go-live to evaluate product adoption and drive further improvements.
• Utilize internal AI dashboards to automate data tasks and focus on the human side of implementation.
• Iterate and optimize internal rollout processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex implementations in fast-paced business environments.
• Strong project driving capabilities and a proactive approach to solving roadblocks.
• Ability to lead tough stakeholder conversations while maintaining a professional and warm tone.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical changes simply and effectively.
• Relentless resourcefulness and a motivation to fix healthcare communication.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London (Shoreditch) office 3 days a week.
