What you will do

• Lead GenAI-driven initiatives across marketing, creative, and operations to improve content scalability.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones while coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Integrate GenAI tools for image, video, and copy generation into creative and marketing workflows.
• Oversee the production of AI-generated assets, ensuring strict brand consistency and quality.
• Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI and partner with teams to pilot new AI-enabled workflows.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and resources while developing risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in digital, marketing, or technology environments.
• Proven experience managing GenAI and digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies used in marketing and creative production.
• Ability to translate technical GenAI concepts into clear business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Background in beauty, fashion, or luxury brands is highly desirable.
