What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of D2CPG pilot programs from planning through to execution and close-out.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for CPG partners to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Integrate CPG commercial context and marketing decision-making into pilot design and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional hirify.global teams and external partners to ensure effective project execution.
• Translate structured CPG client feedback into actionable insights for proposition and product improvements.
• Develop go-to-market materials, including pitch decks and pilot case studies, to articulate CPG value.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Marketing or Insights within a CPG organization, agency, or consultancy.
• Deep understanding of CPG commercial models, marketing decision-making, and client realities.
• Extensive experience in project management, specifically supporting early-stage propositions, pilots, or MVPs.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
• Significant client-facing experience with Commercial or Marketing CPG teams.
• Ability to influence across functions, seniority levels, and global teams.
