What you will do

• Lead the development of store design concepts and fixtures catalogues for Burberry, Marc Jacobs, and Gucci Beauty.
• Define consumer journeys and ensure in-store concepts align strictly with brand strategy.
• Coordinate with Fashion Houses and design agencies from creative brief through to prototyping and production.
• Support local markets in designing and installing beauty boutiques and counters, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Update and maintain detailed permanent and semi-permanent merchandising guidelines.
• Manage a team of Project Managers, balancing workload and optimizing communication processes.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury beauty with a global scope.
• University degree, Business School, or a creative background.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Must be based in Paris, France.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with creative software such as Photoshop and SketchUp.
