What you will do

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with previous leads.
  • Drive expansion into US and AU markets by booking photoshoots for customers.
  • Resolve scheduling issues and provide guidance on the photoshoot process.
  • Consult with photographers to ensure client needs are executed effectively.
  • Act as a key contributor within the in-house B2B sales team.
  • Take full ownership of growth initiatives to meet business goals.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and French.
  • Willingness to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
  • Ideally 1 year of call center experience selling to US or Australian clients.
  • Strong customer influencing ability and professional phone/email etiquette.
  • Knowledge of American and Australian culture and the e-commerce industry.
  • Ability to balance high attention to detail with swift execution.

  • Knowledge of photography.
