Location: Hybrid (Paris, France) - 3 days on-site (Tue-Thu), 2 days remote (Mon, Fri)

What you will do
- Lead the Demand Facilitation team and manage strategic relationships with Media Agency partners and HoldCOs in France and Belgium.
- Drive revenue growth across display, online video, and CTV buyers to hit quarterly goals.
- Act as a player-coach for the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Seller, CTV, Product, and DSP teams to identify and deliver revenue opportunities.
- Track revenue and provide weekly market, revenue, and activity reports to the Commercial Director.
Requirements
- Native or fluent French language skills.
- Strong working knowledge of English.
- Proven senior-level track record within the French agency ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, media sales, and RTB.
- Experience leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills to use data for decision-making and revenue unlocking.
