What you will do

• Build business in France focusing on drugstores, pharmacies, online retail, and grocery partners.
• Manage existing customers and win new partners through pitches and product proposals.
• Plan promotions, point-of-sale materials, and sampling campaigns with marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, regulatory, and e-commerce teams.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to spot opportunities and develop distribution ideas.
• Represent hirify.global at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events across France.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty, or health.
• Strong understanding of French retail landscape – drugstores, pharmacies, online retail, grocery.
• Fluent French and English; German is a plus.
• Structured, proactive way of working with hands-on attitude.
• Confident use of Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and CRM systems.
