What you will do

• Identify and evaluate colocation, wholesale, and build-to-suit data center sites globally, building a pipeline across key markets.
• Assess sites for power, cooling, network connectivity, and suitability for high-density GPU/AI deployments, partnering with engineering.
• Lead commercial negotiations for leases, LOIs, and contracts, ensuring strong SLAs and scalability.
• Develop financial models (TCO, NPV, IRR) and track portfolio capacity.
• Collaborate with network, sales, procurement, and leadership on location strategy and deployment timelines.

Requirements

• 5–10 years experience in data center site selection, real estate, or infrastructure planning.
• Proven execution of colocation or wholesale data center agreements.
• Strong knowledge of data center power and cooling systems.
• Experience evaluating high-density compute sites (AI/HPC preferred).
• Commercial negotiation, contract management, and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to manage deals across geographies.

Nice to have

• Experience with providers like Equinix, Digital Realty, NTT.
• Background in hyperscale, neocloud, or AI infrastructure.
• Familiarity with renewable energy (PPAs, RECs) and permitting/zoning.
• Build-to-suit or greenfield data center projects.
