What you will do

• Lead technology strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals.
• Prioritize technology, AI, and automation initiatives, coordinating assessment, deployment, and management.
• Assess industry trends and identify opportunities to improve revenue and EBITDA.
• Own relationships with business operations, executives, and vendors.
• Partner with leaders to propose programs driving strategic goals and optimize hardware/software for efficiencies.
• Develop business cases, participate in budgets, measure solution effectiveness, and direct system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or technical discipline.
• Professional certificates such as CBRM, PMP, or technical certifications.
• 5+ years managing and directing IT functions with strategic planning experience.
• 5+ years facilitating business initiatives and projects.
• Strong communication, rapport-building, change leadership, and vision-setting skills.
• Experience interacting with development teams for quality delivery.

• Proven strategic IT planning and project management knowledge.
