TL;DR

Sr. Manager, CMMS Administration & Data Governance (Real Estate): Overseeing enterprise-level governance, data integrity, and compliance for the client's CMMS platform REALM supporting a 13 million sq ft North America portfolio with an accent on asset data, work orders, and maintenance standards. Focus on designing data quality routines, change control processes, audits, and stakeholder enablement to ensure KPI performance, contractual compliance, and audit readiness.

Location: Onsite in Creve Coeur or O'Fallon (Missouri), New York (New York), East Rutherford (New Jersey), Irving (Texas), or Hartford (Connecticut), USA. Must be able to travel up to 15%.

Salary: $103,955 - $122,300

What you will do

  • Serve as primary owner of REALM CMMS governance model, standards, controls, and change management across all modules and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain data governance model, quality routines, compliance checks, audits, and exception reporting for asset records, work orders, and maintenance data.
  • Design controlled processes for asset and building data updates, new/closing sites, and maintenance strategy changes while ensuring alignment with contracts and standards.
  • Deliver role-based training, own training strategy, and act as escalation point for CMMS issues.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, technology, compliance, and client stakeholders to support reporting, analytics, transitions, and platform improvements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of experience with deep expertise in CMMS platforms (REALM or Famis 360 preferred).
  • Proven expertise in data governance, system controls, compliance frameworks, and supporting large multi-site real estate portfolios.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with property management, facilities management, and compliance requirements.
