What you will do

• Engage valuation assignments and determine scope, approaches, and methodology for commercial real estate.
• Collect data, conduct market research, and analyze highest and best use scenarios.
• Analyze revenue/expense performance, develop cash flows using discounted cash flow models.
• Perform comparable sales analyses, detailed cost analyses, and market comparisons to develop value opinions.
• Mentor less experienced professionals and pursue business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certified General Appraiser license.
• 2-5 years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
• Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).
• Advanced analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend complex documents and solve multifaceted problems.

Nice to have

• Candidate for MAI designation.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.
