Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 base salary + bonus

What you will do

• Develop and ghostwrite authentic content for the CEO and executive team across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Descript.
• Conduct 1:1 sessions with executives to translate technical ideas and insights into engaging social narratives.
• Manage and optimize a multi-channel content calendar tailored to platform-specific algorithms.
• Monitor and engage with communities and industry leaders on behalf of executives to build genuine relationships.
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate ideation, drafting, and repurposing of content.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in social media management, executive content, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in end-to-end video production (shooting on phone and editing).
• Demonstrated experience ghostwriting in another person's voice for social platforms.
• Proven track record of using AI tools in a creative production workflow.
• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, HI, KY, MS, NE, NM, ND, RI, SD, WV, WY) or Canada.
• Comfort working directly with C-suite leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, vertical software, construction tech, or the trades.
• Familiarity with social analytics platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
