What you will do

• Define and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliate, display, and email
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through performance marketing
• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns for efficient budget allocation and ROI
• Evolve SEO strategy and collaborate with content/technical teams for organic growth
• Use data analytics to optimise campaigns, personalisation, and conversion rates
• Monitor market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and build cross-functional relationships

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally sports/entertainment/gaming/betting
• Strong performance marketing and paid media background
• Proven customer acquisition and revenue growth via digital channels
• Deep understanding of sports fan behaviour
• Multi-channel campaign management across paid/organic
• Analytical skills for data interpretation and performance optimisation
• Excellent communication and ability to thrive in fast-paced international environment
