What you will do
- Define and execute digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social, affiliate, display, and email
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through performance marketing
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns for efficient budget allocation and ROI
- Evolve SEO strategy and collaborate with content/technical teams for organic growth
- Use data analytics to optimise campaigns, personalisation, and conversion rates
- Monitor market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and build cross-functional relationships
Requirements
- 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally sports/entertainment/gaming/betting
- Strong performance marketing and paid media background
- Proven customer acquisition and revenue growth via digital channels
- Deep understanding of sports fan behaviour
- Multi-channel campaign management across paid/organic
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and performance optimisation
- Excellent communication and ability to thrive in fast-paced international environment
