Salary: $72,000 - $80,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute sponsorship programs and oversee external partner relationships.
• Plan and execute a range of business and industry events, managing logistics, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Foster effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and marketing agencies to ensure successful activations.
• Align sponsorship strategies with overall marketing campaigns for a unified audience experience.
• Assess the return on investment (ROI) of sponsorship initiatives and maintain budgets for leadership review.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or sponsorship and events management.
• University degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in event execution, planning, and coordinating successful activations.
• Solid background in building and maintaining industry or community relations.
