What you will do
- Define and lead the ETF strategy across Latin America, commercializing current and future product offerings.
- Drive asset growth and raise awareness for GSAM ETFs across wealth and institutional channels.
- Develop country-specific plans in collaboration with local distribution teams.
- Partner with Global Product Strategy to define local product requirements, registrations, and listings.
- Educate clients on investment strategies and portfolio implementation across the full ETF suite.
- Represent the firm at regional conferences, media engagements, and client meetings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of ETF-related experience in sales, product specialist, or investment-focused roles.
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of raising assets and managing multiple client relationships.
- Deep understanding of ETF capital markets and relationships with ecosystem partners.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience operating effectively within a large, global institution.
