TL;DR

Enterprise Partnerships (LatAm): Own GTM strategy for Latin America expansion including market prioritization, partner sourcing, and deal execution with an accent on commercial negotiations and technical enablement. Focus on building relationships with enterprises, translating needs to product roadmap, and scaling the partner ecosystem in payments and blockchain.

Location: Remote from Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia

What you will do

  • Own enterprise GTM strategy for Latin America, including market prioritization, partner sourcing, and deal execution
  • Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnerships for mutual growth
  • Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders for smooth onboarding and expansion
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize roadmap based on partner needs
  • Design scalable enablement programs, documentation, and support playbooks
  • Identify integration and co-development opportunities to expand the ecosystem
  • Represent hirify.global at regional industry events and communities

Requirements

  • 7+ years in enterprise partnerships including sourcing, negotiation, and management with ability to lead technical and commercial initiatives
  • Prior experience working with engineering and product teams at blockchain, infrastructure, or fintech startups
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; existing relationships in LatAm strongly preferred
  • Self-directed with exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Experience with B2B or developer-adjacent products like APIs, dashboards, or partner platforms

Nice to have

  • Background in payments, stablecoins, or crypto infrastructure
  • Familiarity with blockchain concepts such as wallets, data tooling, and settlement rails
  • Experience building or scaling a partnerships function from the ground up
