What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across assigned global accounts.
• Conduct regular strategy meetings with client leadership to align needs with available solutions.
• Create demand for products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.
• Analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks and opportunities to drive retention strategies.
• Collaborate with senior Account Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales.
• Experience working within a global or regulated industry.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or certification such as an MBA or PMP.
• Experience in capital markets or fintech.
• Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration.
• Portuguese language proficiency.
