What you will do

• Identify and recruit high-quality partners with strong revenue potential based on client needs.
• Proactively manage the top 10 partners for respective clients to optimize publisher performance.
• Create and execute partner recruitment and paid placement strategies, including negotiation of terms.
• Pitch high-value opportunities to clients, clearly articulating the ROI and value proposition.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in client verticals to provide strategic insights and drive growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• 4+ years of experience in business development, account management, or contract negotiations.
• Proven knowledge and understanding of affiliate and performance marketing.
• Experience working with enterprise brands and managing senior stakeholders.
• Must reside in the US or Mexico.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally for client meetings and conferences.
