is a venture-backed Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management sector with a next-generation drug acquisition platform.
What you will do
- Lead the development of programs, processes, and frameworks to streamline Revenue Operations and ensure efficient end-to-end GTM execution.
- Develop and maintain robust sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Manage the deal review and contract execution process, including full Contract Lifecycle Management via internal digital tools.
- Perform bottom-up revenue planning, budgeting, and sales forecasting in partnership with Sales and Finance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and administer sales quotas, territories, and competitive compensation plans.
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for internal sales tools, providing training and support to sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of achieving business goals.
- Expertise in Salesforce, preferably with Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting KPIs and QBRs to senior leadership.
- Proven impact across multiple GTM teams including sales, customer success, and marketing.
