What you will do
- Own and optimize the sales tech stack, including CRM, engagement tools, and data providers.
- Administer Salesforce, designing scalable data architecture and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Develop revenue forecasting models and analyze funnel performance to provide actionable insights.
- Build campaign attribution models and manage lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle management.
- Document sales processes and create playbooks and SOPs to enable the sales team.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to align on GTM planning and KPI definitions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2-3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Support.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce administration.
- Proven ability to build reports, dashboards, and complex data models.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Ability to translate raw data into actionable business recommendations.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Admin certification.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Marketo.
- Familiarity with Outreach, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo.
- Experience building multi-touch attribution models.
