Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base plus bonus

What you will do

• Build and operate Clay workflows to research, enrich, and score target hospital accounts automatically.
• Configure intent signals and execute AI-personalized outreach based on buying triggers within tight timeframes.
• Design and optimize Apollo outreach sequences, conducting A/B tests on messaging and tracking conversion rates.
• Develop automated pre-conference outreach machines to schedule meetings for industry events like ASTRO, HIMSS, and ACRO.
• Generate AI-powered meeting prep briefs and post-call follow-ups for the sales team.
• Maintain Salesforce as the source of truth and report weekly on system performance and iterations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, sales ops, rev ops, or growth with a focus on building systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring workflows in Clay, Apollo, and Salesforce.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to automate manual processes.
• Advanced writing skills to create highly personalized, research-driven outreach.
• Must be based in the US (implied by US-specific benefits like 401k, FSA, and US health insurance).

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or health-tech, including knowledge of CMIO roles and procurement.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, or API integration for custom data pipelines.
• Proven track record of building a GTM system from scratch.
