What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of diverse event programme including flagship, customer and virtual events.
• Shape event narratives, agendas and content aligned to business goals.
• Repurpose event content into campaigns, thought leadership, nurture content and sales assets.
• Define KPIs, track performance and demonstrate event impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Align with sales to support target accounts, pipeline generation and deal progression.
• Create content for thought leadership, campaigns and sales enablement rooted in events.

Requirements

• 8+ years delivering B2B events in tech or services.
• Experience with revenue-focused events aligned to pipeline goals.
• Strong experience turning events into marketing content and campaigns.
• Managing multiple events simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management including senior leadership.
• Marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot) and ROI tracking.

• Experience in partner ecosystems.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in marketing workflows.
