What you will do

• Establish and own the regional marketing plan for UKI to generate and accelerate pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end execution of scalable activities, including events, ABM, and field programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to ensure targets are met.
• Manage the regional marketing budget for the UK and demonstrate strong ROI for all expenditures.
• Leverage digital tactics and partner ecosystems to enhance field execution and follow-up.
• Report on regional performance metrics and pipeline contribution to GTM and marketing leaders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
• At least 3 years dedicated to a UK regional marketing role.
• Proven track record of executing full-funnel campaigns that result in measurable revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance program efficiency and output.
• Deep understanding of the UK B2B technology landscape, buyer personas, and customer journeys.
