What you will do

  • Develop and execute field marketing strategies and ABM programs to drive qualified leads and pipeline across the EMEA region.
  • Design and manage high-impact, premium events and experiences tailored for founders and technical decision-makers.
  • Cultivate relationships within the global startup and venture capital ecosystem to position hirify.global as the infrastructure of choice.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PMM, and Demand Generation teams to architect full-funnel campaigns for high-value accounts.
  • Utilize data to continuously test and refine marketing programs to accelerate the buyer's journey from awareness to decision.
  • Travel globally (~30%) to support field marketing activities and participate in key industry conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing and Demand Generation, with hands-on expertise in ABM strategies.
  • Proven experience marketing to engineering audiences or working within the AI, devtools, or cloud computing industries.
  • Deep understanding of international startup and founder culture.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with founders, executives, and venture partners.
  • Location: Must be based in London, UK

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to developer communities or running technical content programs.
  • Existing relationships within the EMEA venture and startup ecosystem.
  • Experience working in both high-growth startups and large-scale enterprise organizations.
