What you will do
- Develop and execute field marketing strategies and ABM programs to drive qualified leads and pipeline across the EMEA region.
- Design and manage high-impact, premium events and experiences tailored for founders and technical decision-makers.
- Cultivate relationships within the global startup and venture capital ecosystem to position as the infrastructure of choice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, PMM, and Demand Generation teams to architect full-funnel campaigns for high-value accounts.
- Utilize data to continuously test and refine marketing programs to accelerate the buyer's journey from awareness to decision.
- Travel globally (~30%) to support field marketing activities and participate in key industry conferences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing and Demand Generation, with hands-on expertise in ABM strategies.
- Proven experience marketing to engineering audiences or working within the AI, devtools, or cloud computing industries.
- Deep understanding of international startup and founder culture.
- Strong analytical and project management skills to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with founders, executives, and venture partners.
- Location: Must be based in London, UK
