TL;DR

EMEA Regional Marketing Manager (SaaS): Driving pipeline and accelerating enterprise account growth across EMEA through regional marketing programs and ABM activities. Focus on executing high-impact field events, multi-channel promotion, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.

Location: Dublin, Ireland or London, United Kingdom. Flexible workforce model available (fully remote, hybrid, or onsite). Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

  • Plan and execute end-to-end regional marketing programs, including 3rd-party tradeshows, hosted events, and ABM activities.
  • Develop multi-channel promotion plans across email, paid media, social, and direct sales outreach to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to shape customer-facing programs that align with market priorities and pipeline goals.
  • Manage diverse field programs such as executive dinners, workshops, webinars, and partner events.
  • Utilize Drupal for registration pages and Marketo/SFDC for campaign creation and lead management.
  • Define and track KPIs, manage budgets and vendors, and report on program performance using analytics tools.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in B2B technology Field Marketing.
  • Proven track record with trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and executive roundtables.
  • Deep understanding and practical application of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and Marketo (campaign setup, reporting, lead/contact management).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Experience building strong, positive relationships with sales teams.
  • Growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Fluency in German or French.
