What you will do

• Partner with sales and success to deliver technical presentations on products and integrations for prospective and current clients.
• Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof-of-value (PoV) projects.
• Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients' management teams.
• Assist with functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Stay current on feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales.

Requirements

• 6+ years in customer-facing role with technology (pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales enablement).
• 2+ years success with Enterprise clients.
• Understanding of cloud transformation, change management, and organizational acceptance processes.
• Strong customer-facing skills to influence technical and executive audiences.
• Creative problem-solving with technical aptitude for lightweight custom solutions.
• Experience in business process mapping, consumption-based/value selling, AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
