What you will do

• Collaborate with Customer Account Executives to manage complex SaaS deals focused on expansion, renewals, and cross-selling.
• Design, build, and present custom demonstrations of the hirify.global platform using prospects' actual contracts and workflows.
• Act as the pre-sale technical expert, bridging communication between prospects and the Sales, Implementation, and Product teams.
• Capture challenging technical requirements from the market and translate them into actionable insights for the Product team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic prospects to guide their evaluation and selection of the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Solution Engineering experience.
• Proven experience working with AI and LLM-based applications.
• Technical proficiency in JSON and HTML; knowledge of JavaScript or similar languages is highly preferred.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California (Hybrid).
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
