Location: Boston or Remote (Must be based in the US)
Salary: $225,000–$275,000 OTE

What you will do
- Engage with customers to analyze business challenges and technical requirements.
- Develop and present tailored solutions and product demonstrations to showcase platform value.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to develop account strategies and drive the sales process.
- Respond to technical inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs with functional and technical solutions.
- Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive product innovation.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand awareness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT, specifically in pre-sales or technical sales roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM platforms, healthcare IT, or enterprise SaaS applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Eligible work permit in the USA.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%-30%.
Nice to have
- Experience working in the MedTech or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with data analytics, BI tools, and data visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of common data sources such as NPI, Medicare claims, and ICD/CPT codes.
