What you will do

• Own CRM and lifecycle communication calendar, aligning messaging with live ops events, feature releases, and player moments.
• Define and evolve lifecycle strategies for key segments like new, active, lapsing, VIP, and conversion cohorts.
• Lead messaging and creative development across push, email, in-game surfaces, ensuring brand consistency and performance.
• Influence product and live ops through sprint planning, feature design, and data requirements for personalization.
• Execute campaigns, design experiments with A/B tests, analyze performance, and drive improvements.
• Play Marvel Strike Force actively, stay immersed in community sentiment, and align with game team stand-ups and reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, or growth roles with hands-on channel execution
• Proven experience in midcore mobile games as professional or deeply engaged player
• Strong creative instincts to write compelling, high-performing copy
• Experience managing editorial or communication calendars in live service environments
• Comfortable in sprint-based development, influencing product decisions
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like Braze, Iterable; strong analytical mindset
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
