What you will do

• Execute and own sports CRM campaigns for designated markets.
• Manage and optimise the automated customer lifecycle, including onboarding and reactivation campaigns.
• Oversee sports loyalty programmes such as Free Bet Club, Boost Tokens, and Price Boosts.
• Execute large event-based campaigns for major tournaments like the World Cup and Euros.
• Manage multi-channel communications via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Perform competitor analysis and ensure mobile site and app content is optimised.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Passion for CRM and data insights.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-moving environments.
• Must be located in Madrid, Spain.
