What you will do

  • Design and manage automated lifecycle flows from first activation to long-term retention.
  • Define triggers, timing, and segmentation logic for direct marketing campaigns.
  • Plan monthly campaign calendars and coordinate copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Run continuous A/B tests to improve open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics.
  • Build and enrich audience segments in collaboration with the data analytics team.
  • Align CRM messaging with paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in CRM, email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Barcelona.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and comprehensive understanding of the full marketing funnel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end ownership from ideation to analysis.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the tech or fintech sectors.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing and paid channels like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
