Product Marketing Manager (Mobile Idle RPG): Driving go-to-market planning across all launch stages for a new Idle RPG with an accent on creative strategy and competitor analysis. Focus on optimizing user acquisition performance, executing GTM strategies, and integrating AI-assisted workflows into creative production.
Location: Remote from Ukraine, Poland, or Spain, or onsite at offices in Kharkiv, Lviv, Warsaw, or Barcelona.

What you will do
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) planning for all launch stages: Tech Launch, Alpha, Beta, Soft Launch, and Global Launch.
- Guide product decisions using deep knowledge of midcore and idle RPG games and the competitive landscape.
- Own the creative strategy, including brand guidelines, creative pillars, and AI-assisted briefing workflows.
- Monitor competitors via Sensor Tower, Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and YouTube Ads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UA, Creative, Data, and Business teams to reach shared goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in F2P mobile gaming marketing, ideally within the idle RPG genre.
- Proven track record of owning or co-owning at least one full launch cycle from soft launch to global.
- Expertise in developing GTM strategies and using Sensor Tower for creative performance analysis.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, including attribution, cohort data, LTV, ROAS, CTR, IPM, CPI, and retention.
- Experience with ASO and iterative creative testing, including hypothesis building and A/B testing.
- English: Advanced level (C1) or higher required.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative AI for visual assets.
- Ability to build lightweight pipelines and agentic workflows.
- Education or experience in graphic design.
