Salary: 214,200 - 277,200 CAD (OTE)

What you will do

• Partner with Client Executives to own account strategy, pipeline development, and technical win strategies.
• Identify expansion opportunities within named enterprise accounts to deepen hirify.global's footprint.
• Lead the pursuit and technical win of new business logos within the territory.
• Architect and position complex solutions across hybrid cloud, on-prem infrastructure, and data management platforms.
• Execute technical discovery, presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements.
• Collaborate with regional resellers and partners to enable joint customer engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering for enterprise customers.
• Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, specifically storage, data management, and hybrid cloud.
• Proven track record of partnering with sales to drive both new business and install-base expansion.
• Experience building long-term relationships with technical architects and IT leadership.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for stakeholders.
• Must reside in or near Toronto, Canada.
