Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada. Must have legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.

Salary: Base $142,100 – $236,600; OTE $203,000 – $338,000

What you will do

  • Act as the dedicated technical lead for high-impact national partners to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Develop, train, and enable strategic channel partners while identifying and filling technical gaps.
  • Create a programmatic and scalable technical business model to manage partner volume and growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to design strategic sales plays tailored to partner motions.
  • Influence partner sales engineers and account managers to prioritize hirify.global over competitors.
  • Analyze portfolio trends to inform strategic product and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of sales engineering experience.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and professional stability.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity, specifically MDR, threat detection, and incident response.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, PowerBI, and GenAI.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship.
