What you will do

  • Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospective customers.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations of Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and hirify.global products.
  • Create and modify Statements of Work (SOW) and respond to RFPs in collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Act as a technical liaison between sales and product teams to improve efficiency and drive product advancements.
  • Gather requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with product management to incorporate field feedback into the AppExchange product portfolio.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2–3 years of experience selling CRM solutions, preferably Amazon Connect.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a preference for Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a consulting role (2–3 years).
  • Expert knowledge of contact center telephony solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud platform and architecture.
  • Deep interest in generative AI and AI agents.
