What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospective customers.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations of Amazon Connect, Salesforce, and products.
- Create and modify Statements of Work (SOW) and respond to RFPs in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Act as a technical liaison between sales and product teams to improve efficiency and drive product advancements.
- Gather requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect transformation projects.
- Collaborate with product management to incorporate field feedback into the AppExchange product portfolio.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2–3 years of experience selling CRM solutions, preferably Amazon Connect.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a preference for Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
Nice to have
- Experience in a consulting role (2–3 years).
- Expert knowledge of contact center telephony solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud platform and architecture.
- Deep interest in generative AI and AI agents.
