What you will do

• Achieve booking targets for the Research Intelligence Portfolio and associated AI/data-driven solutions.
• Lead full lifecycle enterprise sales using a consultative, value-based approach and manage complex RFPs.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow wallet share and manage renewals across academic leadership.
• Build executive-level relationships with Vice Presidents of Research, Library Directors, and Deans.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver customer outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry conferences to generate qualified leads and broaden market footprint.

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B/SaaS or enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Deep experience selling analytics, AI, or data platforms to higher education or research institutions.
• Must be based in Canada (Ontario).
• Proficiency in CRM and forecasting tools, specifically Salesforce and Clari.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
