What you will do

• Sell B2B health insurance authentically to distributed teams and people leaders.
• Manage complex deals end-to-end, coordinating with underwriting, product, and finance to ensure successful closes.
• Drive the sales process and align multiple stakeholders while overcoming deal-related obstacles.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
• Collect and share product feedback from clients to guide future improvements.
• Maintain CRM data to inform strategic company planning.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales with complex, multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Customer-centric approach, prioritizing the client's interest over the deal.
• Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections while maintaining relationships.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
• Curious, proactive "figure-it-out" mentality.
