What you will do

• Lead major client programs from requirements through launch as the senior technical advisor.
• Guide architecture and engineering decisions across complex, multidisciplinary programs.
• Partner with Program Managers to oversee scope, budget, schedule, and delivery risks.
• Manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders, including VPs and CTOs.
• Lead cross-functional teams covering software, systems, electrical, mechanical, and cybersecurity.
• Drive account growth by identifying client needs and contributing to strategic proposals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience developing medical devices or regulated healthcare products.
• Senior leadership experience at the Director, Senior Director, or VP level.
• Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional product development programs.
• Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment.
• Experience with software-intensive or platform-oriented development.
• Strong executive presence and client-facing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering services, consulting, or outsourced product development.
• Knowledge of FDA Class II and/or Class III product requirements.
• Background in connected devices, digital health, or diagnostics.
